Bedroom has wood floors, 2 windows and a small closet.</p> <p>The house is a 1910 rowhouse, with original floors and woodwork, a lot of character, and is in great shape. There's a good-sized back yard with plenty of space for a large garden, a screened-in porch off the back which is great for meals/morning coffee, and is convenient for commuting to downtown (10 minute walk to Georgia Ave/Petworth metro, or options for various bus routes). There is also a finished basement with a bar, which is a comfortable place to hang out.
